The good ole US dropped all charges against Caribbean and South American terrerist Luis Posada-Carriles--the man who in 1976 was the masterfreak behind the bombing of a Cuban Airliner coming back from Venezuela to Cuba--73 people on board, including the world champion Cuban Olympic fencing team (Cuba is the home of one of the greatest fencing masters ever)--blowing the plane up in midair and laughing about it all the way to his Cayman Island offshore bank account with his CIA cash payoff for a job well done. Both Venezuela and Cuba have asked the US to extradite the dude to their countries to face charges already established in both countries's highest courts--especially in Venezuela where he was arrested for the plane bombing and put in prison but he escaped and ended up in El Salvador, that great democratic nation in Central America--check out John Negroponte's past--he was in El Salvador for a while--and by the bye, where's John now?--didn't he go to Iraq to establish death squads?--seems he must be there--the US is desperately using death squad methods now trying to back their losing asses out of that futile and WRONG (there, I made a moral judgment) WAR in Iraq. Brother Posada then shows up involved in the Contra Affair in Nicaragua--why old Pappy G.W.H. Bush must personally know Posada-Carriles--"Why, I've had him and Miz Careeleez to the house many a time. Babs and I love him like a son, but, her, Jeb's the one who has the hots for the Latina babes, so we threw her to him."
So the first question is, "Why is the USA, the leader in the world against terrerism, letting a known terrerist go Scot Free, which Luis Posada is right now down in good old safe-haven Miami, protected down there by the Anti-Castro terrerist-Cubans--that Brotherhood?
My answer: This guy is a CIA agent. He's already admitted as much in testimony he gave years ago, insisting he was an agent of the CIA for 25 years, which would include the time he blew up the Cuban airliner. So there you go, there's your answer: He's a CIA agent who blew that plane up on orders from the CIA.
Venezuela, Cuba Criticize US Over Release of Carriles | |
10 May 2007 |
Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro repeated his government's demand Wednesday for the extradition of the 79-year-old Posada Carriles. Maduro spoke in Venezuela at a joint news conference with Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque.
Perez Roque said Posada Carriles' release shows what Cuban minister called the hypocrisy of the U.S. government.
Posada Carriles is wanted in Cuba and Venezuela, where he is accused of plotting the 1976 bombing of a Cuban jetliner that killed 73 people. He denies any wrongdoing.

NEW YORK Former Los Angeles Times Baghdad Bureau Chief Borzou Daragahi says he doubts the "surge" in Iraq will work, and describes Iraq citizens as "hostile" and "humiliated" after four years of war.
Asked by Brian Lamb, in a forthcoming C-SPAN interview, about his personal views on the war, he replied: "I think at this point, it just – it seems like it’s become a disaster. I mean, I don’t think anyone could dispute that. It’s just going very, very, very, very badly." He said he had mixed feelings about the invasion but "As time wore on, though, as the bodies mounted, it just seems more and more like a really bad mistake."
